Re-use your own spectacles
I
am happy to use your old favourite frames.
If
you have an old
pair of glasses you love, but your prescription needs changing why don't
you send them to me to be re-glazed.
I
can put your new prescription in your old frames,
you can pick from any of the lens options I offer.
Why
not get them done as a spare pair!.
If
you send me your frame your personal online optician will decide if they
are suitable to be reused.
Whilst
care is exercised when adjusting, or fitting lenses to frames, this is
undertaken entirely at your own risk. If the frame is in very poor
condition its unlikely we will be able to re-glaze it.
When
you send me your old frames be sure to leave the old lenses intact in
the frame if possible. There are two reasons I ask this:

can take accurate optical measurements from the old lenses.

If
the lenses are in the frame there is less chance of frame damage
during transit.
Varifocal
Lenses
Accurate
measurements can be taken from the old lenses enabling me to supply
Varifocal lenses to previous varifocal wearers. ie if the old lenses
where of a varifocal type and you were happy with them, the fitting
positions can be taken from the old lenses and used in the supply of new
lenses.
You
